ZIRCOFOAM Instant Ceramic Foam
Three way for application: Casting, Injection Molding and Spray.
ZircoFoam is an amorphus ceramic foam obtained from bicomponent formulation with a very low organic polymer percentage.
It is hardening and expanding by cemical reaction of the two components in ratio of 10:1.
The best skill of this material is to be a good insulant with high temperature up to 1500°C (standard formulation 1100°C).
It's possible to apply by injection, directry in the place where you needor by injection molding.
ZircoFoam is possible to use also by spray which is possible to apply 1 to 3mm by each layer.In this way is possible to reduce the temperature of the surface above 28 to 30% compare to bare metal.
